Philosophy The philosophy and goals of PKLC Clubhouse, Inc. as filed with the Bureau of Regulation and Licensing Section of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Children and Family Services, are the following: The purpose of PKLC Clubhouse is to provide quality childcare in a safe, nurturing and caring environment, where child can learn, develop, and grow as individuals. PKLC CLUBHOUSE for School-Age Children, Inc. (a non-profit organization) PKLC Clubhouse, Inc. is a year round program designed for children kindergarten through fifth grade. Our highly skilled teachers provide a safe, fun and educational environment for kids to spend time together after school and during the summer months. Our programs are located in area elementary schools.
